I need part #5436798 bushings as mine are worn out badly and I'd like to change them before my summer trip to Chequamegon WI, but I was reading around and ppl say that these things typically wear out around 500 miles haha and same with ball joints. Is there any poly bushings available or higher longer lasting bushings??

That part number is also used in the 2013 Polaris 850 Scrambler, Sportsman 850, Sportsman 550, X2 550.  Both front and rear suspension.

You should be able to cross reference and get Delrin versions of these from Moose, All Balls, and a couple other companies.

Or you may consider converting over to the late 07 and up bushings.

Just got mine from motosport as they had 25% off oem parts, made them somewhat affordable, someone might have a sale code for you....
