How do people rate the rear brake on the outlaw as mine is pretty dead feeling??  new pads haven't improved it.

I have had about 5 outlaws. If the rear brakes felt crappy on mine, it was a problem with the fluid. Try changing the brake fluid and make absolutely sure ALL the air is out of the line. Any air at all will make it function poorly.
