Hi I've been digging around trying to find the needle bearing numbers for the rear a arms for a 06 outlaw 500.
But I haven't had any luck. Do any of you outlaw nuts know what the numbers are? I'm rebuilding my outlaw from the ground up, powder coated the frame Ect. I just don't want to use the cheap Oem bearings from polaris or any Oem parts for that matter.
Thanks in advance
Mike
Ill post some pics of the build in another thread.

I may be wrong, but I think they stopped using the needle bearings about 1/2 way through the 2007 Outlaw production run and went to bushings.  My 07 uses regular bushings, and from what I understand they last better than the bearings.  You may want to keep your eyes open for some later model ones as a possible upgrade.

I'm kinda surprised nobody else chimed in.  From what I hear, if those bearings get worn bad they'll damage the a-arms, so check them often.

If you ever want to use bushings on them instead let me know. I can easily make you a Delrin set.
