So back playing with jets..
Mods
Full hmf performance exhaust
Intake is a slip on type

Current jets
#50 piolot
#180 main
3rd notch down on needle
2 1/2 turns out on AF screw

My issue isss
Idles great has good throttle response but just off idle ( maybe 2-3000rpm) it'll bog a bit but if I hold it it'll stumble then rev up.

Been all over the place trying things (other then needle position) and can't get it any better
Tried a #45 piolot even worse a 175 main even worse
Do I need bigger jets?

Try the needle position up or down...

The simplest adjustment, with no need to remove the carb...

Yah, right in that area of throttle is where the needle diameter comes into play.  Like krigl said, try raising or lowering the needle a notch (I would try raising it first).  If it gets better, raise it again, if it gets worse, lower it.  But you want to be sure that the carb is clean, the choke is working properly and not hangin up, and the engine is fully warmed up before testing the changes.

Since you dropped from a 50 pilot to a 45 and it got worse, its sounding like its a lean condition (the main jet should effect the small part throttle opening mixture).  You might put that 50 pilot back in and then try 3 turns of the a/f screw like Leo suggested.  You may end up with a combination of larger pilot or more turns on the a/f screw and raising the needle.  Its all part of the fun of tuning a modified machine.

I'm currently at the 50 piolot and 180main and I believe 2 1/2 turns out it idles nice ( a bit rich by smell) and had nice response but right around 2-3k it sputters a bit

Then you're probably in the ballpark with the idle mixture.  Just raise the needle a notch.  Then let us know how it worked out... I hate never hearing how stuff like this turned out.  lol

For sure I usually like to update things like this so others can do a search and see that it worked and they can try it

So she was good for about an hour, got home off the lake and went out again after about an hour and she was back to how it was before but not as bad

i would start by checking your slide and diaphram in the top of your carb for rip tears or if it is not seated or sealed. then i would clean the carb again. last maybe the fuel pump is coming and going and needs to be deleted or replaced.

Good to hear that!
Its kind of odd that you had to raise the needle that much, but since I don't know the temperatures where you're riding or the altitude you're at, its very possible you are right on at that position.  Just to be on the safe side, Id spray some Ether (Starting fluid) around the carb area with the quad idling and make sure there aren't any leaks.
