I need a few things to get goin this season.

Im curious as to which brands and part numbers to order.
I'm just gonna put a little list and if anyone could throw down some advice and or part numbers that would be great.

Rear brake rotor for IRS
Which brand?

Rear sprocket for IRS
I'd like to go same tooth count. Just looking for a solid brand.

Clutch frictions
I would really like to go stock clutches and am having trouble finding the part numbers for the set.

Chain
I know there was a discussion about Ek? I think distraction was saying he's had the best luck with them.
Which one in particular. I would like to try the Ek ones. I think the one he was talking about didn't come with a master link as well.

As always thanks Leo.
That rotor looks like the winner at a good price too.

That sprocket deal seems too cheap. I remember looking at some ek chain that was over 100. I feel like that might be a cheaper version. I don't like to cheap out on drive parts. I've had some bad luck with chains.
I just can't find distractions post where he was talking about the Ek. The search isn't working right for me.

And I've read nothing but bad reviews of oeople with Barnett clutches with a rekluse and them getting destroyed. Def need to find the part number do the stock Ktm kit
The after market one is almost the same price as the Ktm branded ones. I'd be a little hesitant on that one.

Sometimes the KTM clutches are less than the Polaris.

My cousin works for a Ktm yamahaha Honda dealer. So any Ktm parts I order through him and get the discount. I just can't cross reference the clutch frictions anywhere to what year Ktm 525xc. I don't know if I should be looking at 07 or a later year

Polaris wants 160 for all the frictions. I saw the pack for around 100 from a Ktm site. Just don't remember part numbers or where I found it

Just a thought, with the Rekluse and racing your going to put those friction plates through hell.  Wouldn't it be safer to buy cheaper ones and replace them more often?

I believe all the KTM RFS engines use the same frictions.  Some of the early ones (pre -04 I think) were a little thinner, but I think any replacement frictions even for those engines now are the thicker plates.   Ive gotten 2 years of hard riding on my clutch with the rekluse, but I am also running 3 or 4 extra tungsten balls (I don't recall now) than came with the kit.

George that's not a bad idea but I'm not racing too much. I plan on 2 maybe 3 if I can swing it. I've had my outlaw since 2010 brand new. When I installed the rekluse I checked the frictions for wear and they were a little more than half way. So while I'm freshening up the quad I'd like to just get it over with for one less thing to worry about.
And Matt after an hour of searching I think ur right with that one. Spec is .2? On the new ones I think and I saw some posts about earlier models did have thinner frictions. Also rekluse says something about using the thicker ones regardless.

Just checked RMATV on their OEM parts, the clutch fibers for the polaris are $20.99 each and for the KTM (same engine, same parts) they are $16.19 each and you need 7 of them. Everytime I have checked OEM parts from RMATV the KTM parts are significantly cheaper. Bought the flywheel nut for my Outlaw, as a Polaris part it was $14 and the KTM part was $8.50. Guess which one I bought.
