I am still waiting on my shop manual, so once again I post a question.  The Carb has what appears to be an air vent tube off of the right side (as u sit on it).  The end of the line has a fitting in it, but I can't seem to find anywhere it may have went.

Trying to figure out if the previous owner did this and/or if I am missing any pieces.

here they are pulled out to see.

ok i have it all figured out, i think?

those tubes both just vent out individually. the one on the right goes through the frame with an inline filter in it and then vents down. that is to get it away from the exhaust. the other one on the left just vents out and down. it should also have an inline filter in it.

they do not go together from what i remember or can sort out. it has been about 6 years since i have had a new stock predator in front of me though. maybe others will remember what i do not.

Hey lego i see this custom intake you have. Do you remember what you used for the rubber boot from the carb to the pvc pipe (im assuming is what you used. I bought a cheap 3'' cone filter and am about to do this mod also. I was going to go from 2-2 1/2'' pvc to a 3 inch adapter then sit it in my airbox with no lid. I need a rubber boot though.

They are a good idea to keep dirt out of the diaphram area of the carb.
