I would like to mount an anti vibe steering mount and handlebars using the stock steering stem and 1 1/8" bars.  What setup do you prefer spending around $250.  Thx in advance.

I have an 06 outlaw, can I drill into the steering stem to mount them.  If I'm not mistaken, the 09 comes predrilled.  Also, what about a non vibe clamp that will work with 1 1/8 bars.  Is the trailtech clamp still available or something similar?  I want to completely remove the old handlebar clamps.
