Going through my 07 525 IRS, and need to replace the needle bearings used in the rear knuckles and upper arms at the frame.  Searched EBay and all I can find are wheel bearings (don't need) and the Quad Boss 50-1051 kit which I believe is just 4 Delran bushings.  And that is listed for a 2008 - 2011 model, and I have the 2007.  Do they make a rebuild kit for this?  What do you do?

I think 525polaris10 has some for sale http://forums.polarisproriders.com/post/outlaw-parts-for-sale-cheap-7397150?pid=1287138668#post1287138668 .  You might ask to confirm, but he's really easy to work with and ships the stuff super fast.

Ill check with 525polaris10.  Was hoping to avoid having to go OEM and piecing it all together.  Thought I read something on here about the later models went to all delrin bushings on everything?

Well mine was built 12/06, and apparently uses an older style outer knuckle.  The upper pivots have a zerk fitting and use plastic bushings instead of needle bearings.  Can these older knuckles accept needle bearings up top?

You would need to size it for the bearings, then you would need a little thicker plastic washers, it can be done as I have done it for a couple of outlaw 500's. I would buy the newer style knuckle. If it was me.
