Wow, now that's an impressive project.  All I'm doing is replacing a chain and rebuilding the top end on my outlaw... and Im not even sure I'll get to the chain.  lol

Funny thing is I started this project two years ago. Some how the  money always went to other things! So I would just buy a piece here and there, but really never do anything to it.  The fitting of the pipe was the hardest to work out, because it needed such a tight bend at the y pipe to clear the frame and tire! I have a long way to go, but I think I might get it done by spring, if I don't run of $$$$.

TX you will get it done, while you have it apart put 12.5 to 1 piston in it!!!
Let me know if you need a piston, I'm still a wossner piston dealer.

Its already 12.5 to 1... CP.

You sure have allot more creativity than I do.

I do have to replace the bushings in the rear of my wife's sportsman (They "dissappeared" on our last ride, along with a torn cv boot.)  I'm not sure why Polaris felt it necessary to put the rear a-arm bolts in such a way that the axles have to be removed to get the bolts out.  I think I will cut 2 of them off and put them in the other way so I don't have to pull the other axle.

Yeah, Polaris has done some strange stuff!!!
Well snomo quads are easier then this transverse mounted RZR.  If it was a 900 RZR to swap in it would have been done withing a few weeks instead of years... it is a lot tighter in the 800's
I also have a 95 Polaris sport sitting here in pieces, waiting for a 600 VES  swap to do....( big time back burner! )
I have a friend with a KTM 500 two stroke motor to swap into his Outlaw 500 that has a blown motor, that he bought for parts... When he gets all the pieces  rounded up, I'll help him with that..
