Does rims for example from raptor or other quads fit outlaw 500? I'm looking for used one's but the back rims on the outlaw looks different I think. Is it the same as predator 500?

Back rims on the Outlaws have a different offset then most others. Bolt pattern is 4 on 110 , Honda, Suzuki , Kawasaki and a few others have that. If you don't mind your rears stick out more then you can run them. The fronts are 4 on 156  , that is Yamaha, like banshees, yfz's raptors.  Hope that helps...

The bolt pattern might match up but the off set will not. The IRS has it's own unique offset.

I think you pretty much have to use the outlaw rims if you want to keep the stock rear width.
Heres an idea that I don't know if it would work or not... but you may be able to run a Honda rim or something similar turned around?  That might get you closer in width, but theres not much clearance room.  I'm almost certain you'd have to put the air stem in backwards (so its inside the tire and not hanging out) and then drill another hole on the other side of the rim to put a new stem on so you can fill the tire.  This would all be allot of work, but maybe if you already had a pair for rims laying around for free it might be worth trying.

You can run the Honda rims in reverse TX , they have flat valve stems, that you need the special filler, they are pretty cool. https://www.ebay.com/itm/VTR-Flush-Mount-Valve-Stems-SET-OF-4-New-/162684167536

Or like you said  have a new stem hole .

Are you looking for front or rear... and is it an IRS or straight axle?
Also, if its rear and IRS, which rim size are you needing?   The later model ones used a 10" rim and the early ones used 9".

I MAY have a pair of rears (9"- like the ones on your 500), but I wont get a chance to check for several days.

FWIW- I prefer the 9" rims as you have a better selection of tires, and the sidewalls are taller and give better ride quality.  If you lower your's very much you'll have to use the 10" to keep them from rubbing on the a-arms.

If I have them, they'll probably have good tires on them, so it'll probably be freight that'll eat up allot of the price (the tires make them kind of heavy and bulky to ship).
Have you tried Douglas rims off Dennis Kirk or anything?

Douglas still makes a rear wheel for the irs, but only in the 9" and it is the  Ultimate wheel, so it's just like the factory wheel.
RMATV usually has them in stock  for $89.95. If you search you can usually find a discount code and save a few more $$ .
